The general production employee is responsible for the assembly of product throughout the production area while adhering to the product quality and product delivery guidelines.
The Order Puller is responsible for the pulling/picking of parts throughout the warehouse while adhering to departmental processes and procedures. Basic understanding of order pulling principles.
Customer Care Liaison: Manage the entire RMA (Return Material Authorization) process flow for designated territories. Perform the detailed tactical system data entry, as well as manage the overall process. Interface with the various internal organizations as well as external customers to drive a customer-focused process where speed and appropriate root cause assignment and corrective actions are critical.
Process Engineer: Works with Manufacturing and Technology Manager to achieve best quality production flow throughout the facility. The Process Engineer will assist in the layout of processes and equipment throughout the production facility. They will conduct studies within the facility to maximize work flow and spatial utilization. They will provide support for process improvement projects, quality, productivity, cost reduction and process mapping exercises. Ensures facility efficiency and workplace safety.
