Role Assist customers with a wide variety of services and advise as to how best utilize company products and services in order to meet personal financial goals and provide the highest quality customer service. Receives and processes member financial transactions. Major Duties and Responsibilities Receives and processes member financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
Identifies cross sell opportunities and educates members on credit union products and services. Directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service. Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing member base.
Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
Secures money in cash drawer at all times according to credit union security and procedural guidelines.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
